Terms and Conditions

Please understand that 23 Clean reserves the right to say no to any work they deem as unsafe or not practical for what the client is after.

All bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule. Which is why it is important for our staff to have access to the location at the time of the booking and no later, as this is when your service time starts.

In the circumstance that our staff members are unable to access the location, you will be contacted, our staff will wait 15 mins for access to the property. If access still isn't available or you can't be reached after the 15 minutes, your clean will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of what your clean cost is. 

Please understand that due to a severe allergy, homes that have a pet rabbit are unable to be serviced as of this current moment. Your honesty is greatly appreciated.

All of our prices are starting rates and may vary depending on location and specfic requirements.

Intial residential cleans required an additional fee, this allows for us to bring your home up to our established cleaning standards. On going cleans will be charged at the agreed rate.

A travel fee applies to jobs over 20 kms away from the Cameron Park area.

Please note that areas requiring larger furniture to be moved cannot be cleaned, as moving these items may cause damage of breakages. We prioritise the safety of your belongings and our team. 

All payments are due within 14 days of your invoice being delivered. If payment is not made in full by the due date, a late fee will be applied. Failure to pay both of the original invoice and late fee will result in termination of future cleaning services with 23 Clean.
